Average Burger King with large dining area. Employees are very nice, store was cool and clean. Most importantly, the food was fast, hot and fresh! Large parking lot, decent restrooms and fountain machine in the dining room to get your own refills make this a little better than average.

While our Whopper Jr's were hot, my burgers's bun was hard as a rock. Sheri's burger bun was soft and flesh. So when I took the burger back the cashier looked at me like what do you want me to do about it, and started to take the burger back to the assembly line for a new bun. I had to speak up and say it should be a while new burger, but everyone paused until the assistant manager said make it over. We upgraded our fries to the new Satisfries, to our dismay they were undercooked. Thicker fries need a longer cooking time to make the hot and crispy on the outside while tender on the inside, which our fries weren't even close to being cooked right. So this employee behavior doesn't surprise me as the Burger King on APG has very similar service. It seems that AAFES employees forget the reason they have a job is directly related to military service members they are supposed to be supporting.

This place has not earned it's stars since the maggots. The people are great but the food just does not seem the same.

Stopped in after an appointment to get some breakfast. Coffee was warm but not hot as it should. Service was on the slow side and I was the only one in line. Facility was clean and a comfortable temperature given the rain and cool temp outside.

Terrible BK! I concur with Doug S. The Customer Service is well, nevermind non exsistent. Food is subpar, yeah it's BK, but warm food sucks!

It was shut down again cause there were maggots in the soda machine. The employees do not give a hoot about proper cleaning or sanitation. I shudder to imagine what goes on behind the counter. Do not eat here. Don't say you weren't warned!

Dirty, poorly operated and by far the worst AAFES run BK I've ever made the mistake stopping at for a bite. The staff is incompetent and the management could be used as the example for EVERYTHING a manager should not be. AAFES has been repeatedly told about the failings of this cesspit but in usual AAFES tradition nothing has ever been done. Save yourself and go elsewhere on base.

tryied to get a slush with both cherry and coke together because it is agianst policy...really! then just got coke and it tasted horrable, like metel aluminum shavings. (no i did not find any but it tasted like it). just don't waste your time it is not worth it there.

I am only giving it a star because it is required, My post is not going to be a comment but a warning to all old and new costumers to this Burger King. It was discovered a few days ago that a Coke Machine inside the store was covered in mold so old that it was growing maggots, and I know you are all thinking gross, eww, that's nasty....Well what I am now going to say is this Machine is still being used to dispense the ice for the Drive Thru. Complaints have been to all the right people but I think almost nothing is being done to have this situation among all the others ones at this establishment fixed. Last I hear the machine had still not been cleaned days after is was discovered by an employee while the repairmen from Coke was there to look at the machine. So I am asking each and everyone of you to not give this Burger King any business, if not on the comments I have made, on all the other ones before me. We really need to put our foot down as a community and not give into the pettiness of Burger king blaming employees instead of the manager. Please do not give them your business and please pass on this information.

Just waited 12 minutes for a cold, old burger. There was one person in front of me. This place is consistently horrible, this was their last chance with me. Do yourself a favor, don't eat here no matter how convenient you think it might be.

This place is a joke. I mean it is fast food, but the food here is the worst Burger King I have ever eaten. The bun was hard and the meat was cold. I would not feed this crap to my dogs. When I asked for another burger they gave me another that was almost as bad. I guess getting a burger your way is not Burger Kings motto anymore. I will contact the base commander tomorrow and see if he can get through to them......

Food is almost always cold. It seems every time I come to grab a bite to eat the food is old. It was probably fresh at one point in time, but never when they give it to me. For awhile the restaurant was closed, not sure if for renovations or what, but it was annoying when you wanted to grab something fast to eat. I have to admit this restaurant is fast in its delivery of food you're to waiting, but a few minutes, but like I said earlier you have a short wait time for old, cold food.

My experience was alright. The guy took forever to greet us on the intercom, we had to actually say hello. My food was dropped hot. The size of the chicken tenders were about the size of nuggets. Eh. What can you get from minimum wage work?

WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT locks its front doors and posts a sign saying, "Please use the drive thru due to technical difficulties,"?! What are walk-up customers supposed to do? God bless the U.S.A., I can get in my car and drive somewhere, or even walk to the grocery store, but all I'd wanted was a stupid flame-broiled Whopper. DEE-NIED! What in the hell!
